 White Mountain Correction Institute(AKA White Mountain CI, or WMCI) is a place for those kids who just really need help. Either that, or their parents just don't want them. They are seperated first into male/female, and then Level One/Two/Three.
Level One patients are usually just the ones with minor teenage bullshit that their families didn't want to deal with, or those minor drugs, maybe even a little alcohol. Really, they pose no threat to society, but their families want to give them help anyway. Or they're just unwanted.
Level Two patients are just a little more angry than the Level Ones. Some L1s can become L2s while in the institute. Level Twos are the ones on harder drugs, and often they're a little more violent and prone to fights. Not exactly a "danger," but not someone you'd want to anger.
Level Three patients are the ones you really need to watch out for. They're the gang leaders, murderers, drug addicts with such severe addictions and/or so many problems from their drugs. They are rarely let out, and often kept in a straight jacket to keep from harming themselves or someone else. It's highly unlikely that you can becom a L2 from L3, but not impossible. Be on your best behavior and trick show Dr. Syllvie that you're capable of compassion and not killing someone.
